What is an SMM panel
An SMM panel is a website that sells social media engagement in bulk: followers, likes, views, comments, members, plays and similar actions on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram. IntelSMM currently indexes 909 panels with 1,193,291 services between them.
What a panel lists
A panel publishes a catalog of services. Each service has an ID, a name, a category, a price per 1,000 units, a minimum and a maximum order quantity, and sometimes refill and cancellation terms. Names usually carry the panel's own claims about the service, such as "real", "HQ", "non-drop" or a country. Those labels are the seller's description, not a measured property.
How an order works
The buyer adds funds to an account, chooses a service, enters the link to the profile or post and a quantity, and pays the price per 1,000 times the quantity. The panel then delivers the engagement over minutes to days and reports a status: pending, in progress, partial, completed or cancelled.
Panels sell to each other
Most panels do not produce engagement themselves. They buy it from another panel through the standard panel API and resell it with a markup. That is why the same service name appears at many panels at different prices. Provider vs reseller explains the chain.
What to check before using one
- The price per 1,000 against the market median for the same category.
- Whether the catalog is stable or services come and go weekly.
- Uptime: a panel that is often unreachable cannot deliver or refund.
- Refill terms, minimums and maximums, and what the service name actually promises.
- Domain age and whether the owner has verified the listing.
Each panel page here shows those figures, measured rather than claimed. Buying engagement can break a platform's terms of service; that risk is the buyer's to judge.
